Why Extruded Aluminum?

Our customized aluminum safety nets utilize high-strength 6005A-T6 or 6082-T6 aluminum alloys. These alloys undergo artificial aging (T6 tempering) to align their microstructural matrix. This produces a material that is one-third the weight of steel, yet possesses yield strengths comparable to mild carbon steel.

By extruding the perimeter frames, we create a rigid structural component that incorporates integrated tracks for tensioning cables, custom continuous geared hinges (such as the LX-H02 series), and dynamic impact-attenuating brackets.
