Engineered to support heavy architectural louvers, coastal patio systems, and high-load rooftop structures with premium alloys.
Established in 2015 and located in Foshan City, Guangdong (the heart of China's aluminum extrusion industry), LvXing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has grown into an international powerhouse for high-performance structural systems. Over the years, our seasoned R&D engineering team has combined aerospace-grade standards with advanced structural designs to transform client blueprints into robust reality.
By utilizing premium Fenglu aluminum billets, we provide unmatched profile integrity. Our manufacturing facility operates state-of-the-art extrusion presses ranging from 800T to 20,000T. This enables us to extrude versatile alloys including the 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx series, offering profiles with cross-sections up to 1.2 meters in width and 28 meters in length.
Our systems comply with GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality certifications. From precision multi-axis CNC machining, structural welding, and advanced surface finishes (PVDF, PVF, Anodizing) to careful protective packing, we ensure zero-defect logistics.
Extruding large-format structural frames up to 1.2m wide and 28m long for high-span pergolas & helidecks.
Experienced engineers offering deep wind-load calculations, finite element analysis (FEA), and die optimization.
Certified for Special Aerospace Aluminum Materials, ensuring maximum load bearing and fatigue resistance.
Exclusively processing high-purity billets to guarantee excellent surface finish and corrosion resistance.
Why top structural engineers, architects, and aviation contractors source from Lvxing.
We hold the "Special Aluminium Materials for Aerospace" Certificate. This ensures our structural profiles, columns, and beams possess the high tensile strength and yield stress required for critical high-altitude structural installations.
Operating heavy-duty extrusion presses from 800T up to 20,000T, we manufacture components in 1xxx to 7xxx alloys. We easily achieve section dimensions up to 1.2m in width or 28m in length, minimizing weld joints and enhancing structural safety.
Our veteran engineering team brings a deep understanding of metal physics and wind dynamics. We actively review customer designs to preemptively solve structural weaknesses, optimize wall thickness ratios, and lower production costs.

Bridging the gap between premium louvered pergolas and high-load rooftop structures.
The global demand for high-strength aluminum extrusions is growing rapidly. Architectural developments, commercial outdoor living projects, and emergency medical infrastructure require structural integrity that traditional slim-profile extrusions cannot provide. For instance, heavy-duty bioclimatic motorized pergolas must endure structural stress comparable to heliports and wind-deflection zones.
To ensure reliability, modern engineering designs utilize structural alloys like 6082-T6 and 6061-T6. These alloys offer excellent yield strength, weldability, and resistance to environmental stress cracking.
Why do our helipad profiles and premium outdoor structure frameworks share the same production lines? The answer lies in structural physics. Both systems require:
Understanding the engineering elements that shape modern aluminum profile pricing.
| Alloy Series | Tempering | Yield Strength (MPa) | Typical Applications | Price Index (Base: 6063) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6063 | T5 / T6 | 170 - 200 | Standard Pergola Louvers, Light Architectural Trim, Framing | Baseline (1.0x) |
| 6061 | T6 | 240 - 276 | Heavy-Duty Pergola Columns, Rooftop Platforms, Structural Beams | 1.12x - 1.18x |
| 6082 | T6 | 255 - 290 | Marine Structures, Offshore Helidecks, Extreme-load Framing | 1.18x - 1.25x |
| 7075 | T6 | 460 - 500 | Specialized Aerospace Fittings, Military Grade Connections | 1.85x - 2.10x |
Please Note: The prices of aluminum profiles fluctuate based on raw metal costs on the London Metal Exchange (LME) and Shanghai Futures Exchange (SFE). Final pricing is calculated as:
Price per Ton = [Aluminum Ingot Price + Extrusion Processing Fee + Surface Finishing Cost + Customized Packaging/Logistics Fee].

Meeting strict international building codes across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
We manufacture structures compliant with the International Building Code (IBC) and ASTM standards. Our heavy-duty columns are designed to resist high wind speeds, meeting Florida Building Code requirements for hurricane zones.
Our CE-marked profiles adhere to EN 1999 (Eurocode 9) for aluminum structures. This guarantees fatigue limit values and load calculations that are recognized by European engineering consultants and safety auditors.
Designed to withstand intense UV exposure and coastal salt air. Anodized coatings of 25 microns or higher ensure compliance with AS3715 standards, preventing corrosion and color fading.
How Lvxing is driving the future of smart, sustainable structural aluminum.
To support global carbon reduction goals, Lvxing is introducing low-carbon recycled aluminum lines and integrating PV panels directly into pergola systems (Building Integrated Photovoltaics - BIPV).
We are also refining automated, thermal-break extrusion technologies. By inserting high-density polyamide insulation barriers inside large structural columns, we improve thermal efficiency in adjoining building spaces.
Technical answers to help engineers and procurement managers optimize their sourcing decisions.
For customized profiles, die design and sample production require 10 to 15 days. Mass extrusion and surface finishing take an additional 15 to 20 days depending on the volume and configuration. Standard profiles can ship sooner.
While 6063 is excellent for intricate shapes and surface appearance, 6061-T6 and 6082-T6 alloys provide much higher structural strength and fatigue resistance. This makes them ideal for support columns, long-span structural beams, and environments subject to wind loads and physical impacts.
We suggest either PVDF fluorocarbon coatings (which have a warranty of up to 20 years) or high-thickness architectural anodizing (20-25 microns). Both options provide strong defense against salt spray, chemical cleaning agents, and UV exposure.
Typically, the MOQ is 1 to 3 tons per custom die run, depending on the cross-section size. For major infrastructure projects or very large profiles extruded on our 20,000T line, structural runs are quoted individually.
