Established in 2015 in Foshan City, Guangdong—the heart of global metallurgy—LvXing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed into a preeminent force in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom structural aluminum solutions. Armed with a state-of-the-art research and development team, we combine deep material science expertise with specialized extrusion technology to meet the most challenging industrial specifications.
By leveraging raw premium Fenglu aluminum, we design structural profiles with tolerances that surpass typical commercial standards. Our industrial facility is equipped with advanced extrusion lines ranging from 800T to a massive 20,000T capacity. This allows us to process complex alloys across the 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx groups, catering directly to critical infrastructure sectors including aerospace, maritime engineering, modern defense, and heavy transport.
Our commitment to uncompromising quality is verified through GB/T19001-2016 and ISO9001:2015 certifications, ensuring every component is designed, tested, and shipped in compliance with international standardizations.
Lvxing sets the standard for industrial aluminum extrusion. Through advanced metallurgical processing and large-format structural production, we resolve complex engineering challenges.
We hold the prestigious "Special Aluminium Materials for Aerospace" Certificate. This ensures our 6082-T6 profiles possess the high fracture toughness and fatigue resistance required for stress-critical structural configurations.
Supported by 800T to 20,000T extrusion lines, we specialize in producing complex structural profiles up to 1.2 meters in section width and 28 meters in length, reducing the need for structural welding.
Our engineers bring over 15 years of industry experience to optimize design and minimize production risks. We convert initial concepts into structurally sound, CE-marked finished products.
Within the 6000-series (Al-Mg-Si) aluminum alloys, 6082 has emerged as the premier structural alloy, widely replacing 6061 in European engineering markets due to its higher mechanical strength. Structurally, 6082 contains higher levels of manganese (Mn), which controls the grain structure during extrusion and heat treatment. The addition of manganese creates a fine grain matrix, yielding superior mechanical properties, particularly under tensile and dynamic loads.
The T6 temper designates solution heat-treatment and artificial aging. This optimization process maximizes yield strength (up to 260 MPa minimum) and tensile strength (up to 310 MPa minimum) for wall thicknesses under 5mm. It delivers the ideal strength-to-weight ratio for architectural, maritime, and defense infrastructure where minimizing structural mass is critical.
For structural metals integrated into public civil engineering, transportation, and safety infrastructure, CE Certification is not just a regulatory formality—it is a critical safety requirement. Lvxing’s CE certification guarantees compliance with the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and standard EN 15088 (Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Structural products for construction works). This confirms that our manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and material traceability conform to strict European standards.
Without a valid CE certificate, structural components used in helicopter landing zones, public emergency facilities, and maritime vessels may fail compliance checks, leading to project delays and liability risks. Our certification offers architects and structural engineers peace of mind when integrating our profiles into complex structural assemblies.
The global demand for high-strength aluminum extrusions is growing rapidly. Driven by global decarbonization initiatives, industries are shifting from structural steel to light-weight, corrosion-resistant alternatives. 6082-T6 aluminum alloys play a central role in this transition.
Lvxing’s export pipeline supports this global shift, providing high-quality raw materials and finished structures to projects in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
A primary application for our 6082-T6 profiles is the construction of emergency helipads. Landing areas on hospitals, marine vessels, and skyscrapers require lightweight structures that minimize gravity loads on supporting buildings, while handling significant dynamic impact forces during helicopter landings.
Lvxing engineers custom-extruded, interlocking deck planks that distribute wheel and skid loads across the supporting framework. The natural corrosion resistance of 6082 aluminum eliminates the need for painting, protecting the structure from maritime air and urban pollution. It also provides reliable, spark-resistant properties that are essential in aviation fire safety zones.
Looking ahead, Lvxing is investing in smart manufacturing upgrades to further enhance quality and sustainability:
Lvxing delivers complete structural solutions, from raw extrusions to ready-to-assemble structural kits. Leveraging our high-tonnage 20,000T extrusion capacity, we produce extra-wide profile designs. This reduces the number of structural joints required, simplifying assembly and improving overall structural integrity.
Our turnkey solutions cover hospital emergency rescue pads, high-altitude skyscraper helidecks, and offshore oil platforms. Each deck profile features integrated slots for heating elements, landing lights, and safety nets. This provides a complete structural system engineered to withstand demanding environments.
